We are pleased to begin offering the option of electronic delivery of your W-2 (PDF format) starting with the 2023 W-2s.  IRS regulations require the company to obtain your consent before delivering your W-2 electronically. In order to receive your W-2 electronically instead of a paper copy, you will need to give your consent before January 1st.  You may change your preference at any time before January 1st each year. Once you Opt-In to electronic delivery, this will be your W-2 delivery method until you change your preference.  See below for the step by step instructions.
