Professional Learning

The Professional Learning Department collaborates with all Douglas County Schools and Educators to provide a quality education for all students in a safe, supportive environment.

All Douglas County Schools have representation on the Douglas County School System Professional Learning Council. This Council collaborates and provides guidance to ensure the professional growth needs of all educators are met.

The Professional Learning Department Purpose

The Professional Learning Council's purpose is to ensure success for all students by serving as the network for those who improve schools and by advancing individual and organization development. Adopted from NSDC
