  • Support work environments and school cultures that provide safe, healthy, and secure settings for teaching and learning to take place.
  • Establishing, administering and effectively communicating sound policies, rules and practices that treat employees with dignity and equality while maintaining school system compliance with employment and labor laws, school board policy and federal and state laws.
