Advocating for Educators is a real estate rebate program. Buyer clients enjoy a rebate of .50% of their home price at closing in addition to a .25% donation to the buyer's school. Seller clients benefit from a .50% reduction in Realtor commission, as well as a .10% donation to the seller's school. Employees or retirees not working in a school may choose a school system school to receive a donation or have a donation made to the Douglas County Education Foundation.
