Factory Shoals Elementary School invites all families to attend our upcoming GMAS Parent Night on Tuesday, March 17th at 6:00 PM. This important informational session is designed to help parents and guardians better understand the Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS) and how to support their child’s success on the assessments this April 2026.
During the meeting, school leaders and staff will share valuable information about:
The purpose and structure of the GMAS assessments
Testing dates and expectations
Strategies to help students prepare at home
Ways to reduce test anxiety and build confidence
