We would like to recognize the hard work and dedication you have demonstrated over the last four years by including all college acceptances and scholarship award offers in the Class of 2026 Graduation Program.
Please use the form linked below to submit your college acceptance and scholarship award letters. Instructions/criteria for submission are provided at the top of the form.
A new form must be submitted for each acceptance and/or scholarship. Submissions will not be accepted via email.
Students should upload acceptances and awards even if they do not plan to attend that particular college and/or accept the scholarship award.
To meet our graduation program print deadline, the last day for document submission is noon on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
No late submissions can be accepted.
