Lithia Springs Head Volleyball Coach Demond Hairston is excited about the program he's building
at the school.
Hairston said he had 39 players over the summer during tryouts, which will give Lithia its first freshman team.
"Our team goals are just really to get better," Hairston said at the recent DCSS Fall Athletic Media Day at Legacy Arena. "We have a very, very young core. As you can see, everybody here (is an) underclassman, and our goal is to get better. We're trying to change the culture and develop a program, versus just developing teams every year."
