CLMS Students Donate Blankets for the Holidays
Posted on 01/18/2022
The Principal’s Cabinet at Chestnut Log Middle School (CLMS) had an opportunity to give back to the community before the holidays. They helped collect blankets for the school’s blanket drive.

From Dec. 13-17, students collected more than 20 blankets to donate to the Douglas County Homeless Shelter.

The Cabinet consists of representatives from sixth, seventh and eight grades in the school who meet with CLMS principal Caroline Whitt once a month for a working lunch to discuss things around the school.
