PLEASE NOTE: CARB COUNT FOR FRESH FRUIT ON THE NUTRITION REPORTS IS FOR 1 MEDIUM PIECE OR 1/2 CUP OF FRESH FRUIT.  THE CARB COUNT FOR 1 MEDIUM PIECE OF FRUIT (1/2 CUP) SHOULD BE 15g OF CARBS.  WHOLE BANANAS AND EXTRA LARGE SIZED FRUIT (1 CUP) ARE 25-30g.
