Responsibility of the Procurement Department It is the responsibility of the Douglas County School System Procurement Department to solicit items and purchase supplies/services for our students and staff at fair and reasonable costs which are within the guidelines established by the Douglas County Board of Education and the State of Georgia.
School System Profile The Douglas County School System currently consists of 35 schools. We have five high schools, eight middle schools, twenty elementary schools, the Performance Learning Center, and CCI. The Procurement Department staff are currently members of M-Resa, NIGP, the GA Chapter of the NIGP and GPAG.
